It Had to End Some Time

Well, we're done with our last week of camp, and it was awesome. We had a total blast. It was in South Dakota, and there are some awesome people there. I think the band sounded pretty good. We had an electric guitarist (Dave) step in and play with us for the week. This picture is of tug-of-war in a mud pit. We also played volleyball in the mud. It was awesome. I Thessalonians 2:17-20 says, "17But, brothers, when we were torn away from you for a short time (in person, not in thought), out of our intense longing we made every effort to see you. 18For we wanted to come to you-certainly I, Paul, did, again and again-but Satan stopped us. 19For what is our hope, our joy, or the crown in which we will glory in the presence of our Lord Jesus when he comes? Is it not you? 20Indeed, you are our glory and joy." This is how I feel. I have pored out everything I have into these teens, and they have taught me even more than I taught them. I will remember some of these kids forever. These past two summers, I have grown more than any other time in my life. Thanks guys, I love ya.
